The team at EQ3 has great service, and a broad selection of furniture. They were very helpful in selecting size appropriate pieces. Very happy with the store, will definately shop here again!

went there for the labour day sale. it was a scratch and save..between 10 to 50% off. only thing was..i found out only just as I was paying for the lamp that it's only for purchases above 100$... tho nowhere on the advertisements does it say that! just don't like this false advertising to lure ppl in..

but i do like your furniture...prices are decent.

I loved my experience at EQ3. I bought a leather couch at 1499 which was half of what I thought it would be. It came four weeks later and the delivery guys were very nice. I bought a bunch of espresso coloured bookcases and tables. The went together ok and they look amazing. The service was informative and I did not feel pressured. I would definately recommend the store to my friends. Jaime

I ordered two of the BC2 nightstands back in November. I'm still waiting. I have had to go by twice just to make sure they have my order since no one ever bothers to call and update me as the months slip by. Instead, I just get the ETA pushed back, and back, and back. Most annoying of all? I had to pay a 50% deposit for something I've been waiting months for. For all that, the staff if very friendly and helpful in the store and the prices are very reasonable.

Great product, stylish look. Slightly difficult to assemble, but reasonably clear instructions. Waited four weeks for product to be in stock. Delivery price was fair. Overall good value. Salespeople are always helpful in the King St location.

I bought the B2C tv stand and coffee table in their espresso colour and it scratches like crazy. I threw a magazine across the table and that even caused scratching. I would definately not shop there again!

The staff and manager of the store were courteous on arrival and helped my wife and I with decisions on our purchase. Wonderful experience

David, the General Manager, was extremely helpful and knowledge of their product offerings. He was also very helpful in assisting in the placement of furniture and scale. We really liked the value and quality of the sofas at EQ3. Great seating solutions for small spaces!
