Dinning table and chairs - did not last

4 years of wear - chair paint chipping on seat and veneer coming off table excessively. Not worth the price. Im hindsight should have bought real wood.

Spot Wall knob

Just a small purchase, but if this is indicative of the quality of other products I will stay away. Screw head size for the include screw was too big. And the threading for the knob didn't even work. I'm sure they will refund. But the quality of the hardware and the design is very poor.

Great Service in Store

They have a nice selection of modern furniture and accessories. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me selecting the fabrics and matching pillows. The service in the store was excellent! I have read the negative reviews about their delivery services. I was told that my new furniture will take about 8 to 10 weeks to arrive. Luckily, I am in no rush to get my sofa. I will have to update this review to let you know how the delivery went. But, I would definitely recommend this store based on the great customer service I had with their sales staff.

Toxic Couch, bad customer service

EQ3 couch! Bought last year and aired out for 9 months and still high in Formaldehyde!!!! Major structure is plywood - formaldehyde usually comes from the glue used to make plywood.

Customer service refuse to refund or return.

Poor quality couch

Couch had to redone within three months of purchase now new material is also pilling. one year later the new material is pulling again. I had purchased insurance but it doesn't include manufacturers defects. An EQ3 technician came to our place to look at the couch and agreed with me it shouldn't be pulling like this. He said they would see what they could do. A representative emailed me suggesting I pay over $1000 to reupholster the couch but I'll have to source out my own apholsterer. So they are suggesting I invest another $1500 in a couch that had give me me problems since I took it home. It's a complete manufacturers defect and they will do nothing about it. What terrible customer service. I know people that have better quality couches from Ikea for a fraction of the price. Needless to say I will never purchase anything from them again and I will make sure to not recommend this store to anyone. I was appall with the customer service.

Sofa

I bought a sofa, and within the first week the main beam across the front snapped. After flipping it over and taking it apart, we realized there isn't even $20.00 worth of lumber in the base.
It is literally made of 1x2's and chipboard, no wonder it broke. I will never purchase anything from this company again, and would absolutely tell others to steer clear too.

Bedroom set

Bought the full bedroom set (bed with frame+nigh stands+dresser). We are very disappointed on how bad the bed is built. A lot of the parts does not fit in perfect and seems to be not in perfect conditions after open from box (scratches on the night stands, fabric on the headboard cushion is already roughed/fluffy) Assembly instructions are not clear or incorrect... Contacted the store and at least they exchanged everything with free delivery. Second purchase was for a fabric floor lamp. We did not notice there is a brown mark on the white fabric until back home and we just let it be and never shop there again.

Herman Miller Chairs

Seriously the best place to buy Herman Miller Chairs. I got 2 DSR chairs during their Herman Miller days (which is also offered at DWR and other Herman Miller sellers) EQ3 however allowed in store pick up (I live really close and DWR was charging hefty delivery fees since the chairs ship from the US and aren't in store). All around great experience with Eq3. Chairs were ready the next week to pick up without shipping charges. Definitely using EQ3 again and hey they are Canadian!

Coffee stand, table

Great offering of simple pieces with a modern design that will fit as basics into any home. Every piece I purchased was relatively easy to assemble. The table I purchased was packed with the wrong bolt but the store replaced it with the correct part without any fuss. Definitely recommend for couches and larger pieces for your home.

Sofa

I generally like the stuff they have but have bought two sofas from them over the years. The first was fabric. The way they make them, the seats are attached so hard to clean and when it wears, you can't really flip the cushion. It will pull so you may have tears near the seam. I upgraded to a leather one thinking that would be better. Nope. Same experience. All in all, if you do like the design, then it's comparable prices to other places for that level of quality. I would like quicker shipment tho. 8 weeks is a long time.
