Prepaid 2014 Lawn Care Services
Dr. Green in Calgary promises service that they just can't deliver! When no one shows up, they blame the weather; but we kept track and weather was never an issue on the days they said they'd be here. We prepaid for 2014 services in March, but they didn't provide their first treatment until the end of June (after we had cancelled the service and requested a refund). We had to fight to get them to cancel our service, and they wouldn't process our refund until we filed a complaint with the BBB.
For those who are still trying to get their money back from Dr. Green, file an online complaint on the BBB website. It's an easy process, and we had our refund in two days. For those who are considering using Dr. Green - please don't!

Hey Ron, I'm not sure why we would start so late. Our customers can cancel when ever they like for what ever reason. Other than calling in, you can email customerservice@doctorgreen.com or even mail in the bottom half chit of the pre pay letter. Refunds usually take time to approve, but i'm glad you received your money back. I hope you had a good season this year.
