The technician Sheila Tomlinson was excellent. She explained everything she was doing, was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, eager to do a good job and very professional. Both my husband and I were very satisfied with the work and would like to highly commend this technician for her exemplary customer service.

We just had the worse service - they have left us without water all afternoon and now they won't come back till tomorrow afternoon! I have 2 small kids and no water or bathroom! Unacceptable and sad!

Thank you so much to Denis Spencer, Chuck and Daryl. Everything was excellent, you were all so very helpful, friendly, courteous and took the extra time to explain every detail to help me understand the projects and the services offered as well as how to operate the equipment. I will tell my friends and family, that Direct Energy is excellent and (Dennis) the Energy Manager Consultant and the installer, (Chuck and Daryl) were wonderful, Thank you!

Ed the technician that came out to my home in July was so very nice and professional and then the two men that actually came out in August to upgrade my water heater were very polite and clean. They had lots of experience which is nice now a days. Thank you!
