I called Tom and he had Jamie here within an hour. Jamie is a skilled trades person, and installed the new shower device in two hours. Jamie brought the new heavy new unit up from the garage, and brought the old leaky one back out to the garbage area. Plus, Jamie is a kind and pleasant man.

Jamie installed a new tub, shower, and fixtures, he made great suggestions as to how we could lay things out in a more efficient and attractive way, and he came up with creative solutions to make things work with our very old house and pipes. Tom Day Plumbing & Heating did the plumbing for my basement bathroom installation five years ago which included installing a sump pump. They have been providing excellent service and great value ever since. Tom came personally to replace the sump pump today and got the job done the same day I called. Previous installation not done properly. Called Tom for help. Repair specialist, Jamie arrived within two hours. Analyzed the problem and made the necessary repairs in a timely manned. This was the most "mess free" plumbing repair ever.

You don't realize how important really good plumbers are - until your pipes burst. This happened to us today. After shutting the water off at the main, we called Tom Day Plumbing. When the situation was explained, Tom had someone here within 45 minutes. The problem (which was nowhere near as serious as we thought) was assessed quickly and efficiently; the plumber who did the work was polite and extremely knowledgeable - all in all, a terrific representative of the way the company does business.
