We contacted Cozy World through Homestars to get an estimate for an A/C installation. Boris was prompt in contacting me and providing an estimate which was very reasonable. He was able to start the job within a few days. The guys who did our installation were very professional. The installation was quick and clean with great workmanship. Overall, they did an excellent job. I have already recommended Cozy World to friends of ours.

My parents Carrier A/C unit went on the blink just as it was getting hot. I emailed Boris and he hooked me up with Fred, his repair guy. As I had already used Boris to install a new HVAC system at my house (and like everyone else, was very happy with the job), I figured I'd call him first. He immediately put me in touch with Fred, his repair guy, who scheduled a repair time that was good for me. Fred showed up on time (a Sunday morning no less!), found the problem, replaced the defective part, check over the whole system and all at a very reasonable cost. Once again, i will be singing Boris's praises only now I can include Fred as well in my circle of professionals.

I have only great things to say about Boris and Cozy World. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Boris gave me a quote and within 4 days was able to complete the job. I got a lot of quotes for a new central air conditioner and Cozy World was the fastest and best value. The other companies tended to quote larger units that I now realize I did not need for the size of my house. They did a lot of little extras at no charge like move the concrete pad the old AC unit was on as it interfered with the garage door, and tested my condensor pump that ran from my basemen. It'll will be two years this Augsut and I have not had any concerns or issues.

Everything was EXCELLENT! Both the guys that were here were great. The main guy was good at walking me through things.  They put covers on the floor, and made sure the deck and the basement were all cleaned up.
 
They did an excellent job of installing it with minimum mess and in a good amount of time!

Boris was excellent when he first came over and gave me the estimate. The cost combined with the value and the excellent service made them an easy choice. Will recommend them anytime!

We just had our air conditioner replaced and Boris and the crew were wonderful to deal with. They came on time, were thorough, explained everything clearly and were clean. Our old a/c was not levelled, and the guys did an excellent job levelling it. I would not hesitate to use them again, and will tell recommend them as well. Thanks for the great job!!!

I had Cozy World convert our electric heat pump system to natural gas, with a new tankless hot water heater in September 2009. It has worked flawlessly ever since. Boris and his crew were very knowledgable, efficient and honest. Boris answered all my questions quickly and completely, knew exactly what the job required and completed a difficult installation that required a complicated conversion, drilling through brick and new ductwork in about a day. His workman carefully explained the operation of the new system and gave a number of useful tips. My only complaint was that the drilling generated a huge amount of brick and cinderblock dust in a coldroom that we use to store canned goods; these were not covered properly and the dust was not cleaned up. My wife was not happy (nor was I when I had the task of cleaning it up!) However, in all this was a very positive experience and I would recommend Boris and his crew without reservation.

We bought our furnace from cozy world after having 5 estimates done. Boris was wonderful, honest and very knowledgable. His price was alos the BEST! Unusual to get all that in one package. His team of installers were nothing short of fantastic. Professional, fast, efficient, very clean, polite and most importantly knew their stuff VERY WELL and provided a flawless installation on both the furnace and ac (which we went with a year later - i called Boris right away - why go anywhere else after such a good frist experience!) I did get my 5 quotes for the ac as well (cause that's what i feel i should do) and as with the high eff furnace Boris gave us the BEST PRICE by far on the ac. I hired Cozy World to install a new furnace and air conditioner in my Mother's home in Riverdale. It was a great experience from the quote by Boris to installation by Kam and crew. They are also very knowledgable, and nice too.

Very happy with the service provided by Kam! I had a squeaky exhaust fan motor. Kam was on time, pleasant, clean. He arrived at 8PM as agreed. After a quick diagnosis, it was the exhaust fan. He tried lubricating it but to no avail. He had to order a vendor specific part. The next afternoon he returned and made the quick replacement. Everything to this point was very acceptable and average. What I think brought Kam to an above average status was that he didn't just leave, as the noise had gone away, he ensured that all was working well too. As he was checking the exhaust gas flow, he thought it wasn't exactly right. I check my outside exhaust pipe and found a wasp nest had been built ( from last summer) and was blocking over 50%. As it is early spring I simply ripped it out, finding 3-4 wasps present. He then provided me a screen cap to help stop this from occurring in the future. Part's + $100 labor for 2 visits and at least an hour on-site. FANTASTIC JOB! I write this freely, not once was I ever referred/encouraged by him to write this review in Homestars.
