The flat roof of the front porch was poorly built with intermittent leaks. While a small job - it was very complicated given the structure, the finishings, the rot, and the integration with the overall house. Robert, from Alpine, not only did the estimate but kept in touch with me frequently to let me know progress and how things were coming along. The guys that did the roof, carpentry and the flashing were very professional and took time to do the work right, given the complications of this roof and house. Robert was always available to answer questions and ensured that for some of the more complicated issues, the right people were involved. He oversaw the project from start to finish and ensured that everything was done to my satisfaction. I don't think i would go with a sole provider again for a roof like this - given Alpine had all the resources needed to accomplish the job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alpine.

Everything was EXCELLENT! Both the guys that were here were great. The main guy was good at walking me through things.  They put covers on the floor, and made sure the deck and the basement were all cleaned up.   They did an excellent job of installing it with minimum mess and in a good amount of time!   They showed up on time!They cleaned up everything afterwards and left the place in perfect condition. Boris was excellent when he first came over and gave me the estimate. The cost combined with the value and the excellent service made them an easy choice. Will recommend them anytime!

I don't usually post something like this, however, I am frustrated and have not had a response from Accord roofing. Ricardo did a great job on a membrane under a deck for me done in July. I have no complaints about that work. However, their follow up has been terrible. Since July, it has started to buckle in a place. It probably just needs some sealant. NOT a big job. Apparently, I have a warranty for the work. I have put 6 calls into Ricardo and at times I have spoken with him at others I have left messages. I have not had one call returned. I have had to continute to call. I have spoken with them to come by. Not once have they called to say when they are coming. It has now been over a month since my first call. It is now September, and water is getting underneath the area that is buckled. Where are they???? I'm sure they are busy, but I would like a response! I am truly disappointed in this service. He was so great to work with initially and did good work, however, this follow-up is unfortunate. When will my roof be looked at? (I have also referred him to my neighbour who weeks later is still waiting for a visit! They keep saying they are coming -and she hasn't heard from them!)

Called Ricardo at Accord regarding my leaking deck and roof over the front porch. He called me back right away and came over to do an estimate. Ricardo and his team were amazing! Very personable and approachable. Not only were they able to do a GREAT job on removing and reassembling my deck, but they put a high-quality membrane on the roof. They also fixed some shingles on my roof, and seal and repair some minor leaks - all at a VERY reasonable rate. I've already recommended Ricardo to a number of people and wouldn't hesitate to use him or his team again. He provided a level of service you don't usually see in the business.
