I thoroughly enjoyed the service. I was given a quick reply, and my AC was fixed really quick. The price was reasonable, perhaps because I was baking in the heat without my AC. Regardless, they were in and out. Super helpful, and my AC's never worked better!

I found CozyWorld on HomeStars and based on other users reviews I decided to give them a try. My A/C stopped working and with another heat wave hitting GTA I needed to get it working again. I contacted the company and Boris was very quick in responding. He had one of his team members contact me to arrange an appointment.

Fred who came out to service the A/C was professional, knowledgeable and resolved the problem quickly. He replaced the broken part and the unit was working within minutes.

This is the second furnace I've had (different home) installed by Cozy World and the first air conditioner. My experience a few years ago is the same as this time around - they're professional, prices are great/fair, Boris is very knowledgeable and responsive by email, both crews were easy to talk to and professional. We didn't even bother getting multiple quotes this time around because I was so happy with them before. 3 years later, it's nice to see they're still consistently great.

Another great job by Cozy World. Boris arranged one of his staff to contact me after initial email contact, and the whole job was arranged and completed in less than a week. The job was neat, professional, tidy, and the work was completed within the initial phone estimate price which involved about 20' of black pipe to be run. Highly recommended.

I called Cozy World because my A/C and heating systems were old and acting up a touch and the reviews on this site were amazing .
Boris showed up, carefully reviewed the units and asked if they were still working. I told him that they were but I thought that they required replacing because of their age.. Boris suggested that because of difficult access issues, I do nothing until something actually breaks and then gave me the name and number of a third party technician who would be able to add life to the system.
I don't know of any other company who would be invited into my house and asked to do considerable work and refused on the basis that it would be less expensive to have someone else maintain the equipment. I offered him money for his time, trouble and help and he told me to give it to charity.
The reviews on this site are very accurate. Boris is a very nice man with extraordinary high business ethics.

Cozy World fully deserve their high Homestars rating. Everything I read about them beforehand on this website, proved true: their quote was highly competitive (in my case even the cheapest) and all-inclusive (no surprises), (owner) Boris' pre-sales communication was excellent (fast and to-the-point, no questions unanswered), the install crew (Fred and colleague) was punctual, fast (six hours start to finish), skilled, helpful and they respected my property. Suffice to say, the reviews are true.

I could leave it at that, but there are a few things that deserve extra mention. First of all, the main competing quote also came from a Homestars top-ten company. Obviously, anyone topping those charts has an excellent track record. But unlike the competition, Cozy World accurately sized my equipment, while the other guys tried to push models too big for my (small 1,100 sq ft) house (and if there's one thing I've learnt, it's not to oversize furnace or AC). Second, Cozy World are the only ones to post prices on their website. That may not seem like a big deal, but I very much appreciate the transparency, and the confidence it implies (and once competing quotes start rolling in, you'll know why Cozy World can be that confident, unlike everyone else). Also, Boris is the least typical salesman I've ever had to deal with, and that's a big compliment. Like everyone else I reserve a healthy dose of scepticism for salesmen of any ilk. Boris, I trust. His answers to my (several) questions were so devoid of bloat or up-selling, he almost seemed aloof initially (which he isn't, to be clear). His candour is unparallelled. He'd consistently go for the cheapest option available that would suit my needs. Also, he made a point of fully explaining why they'd have to install a chimney liner (code requirements, which I was already aware of, so I knew he wasn't BS-ing me).

I know I'm waxing lyrical in this review, but all for good reason. If a company can turn a potentially arduous and stressful experience into a pleasant one, they deserve a wholehearted recommendation.

Boris and his guys from Cozy World were such a pleasure to work with. From the moment I first contacted him until the job was done he was always in communication with me and responded quickly to my emails. The estimate he provided was exactly what it cost to do the job. His guys were courteous, respectful and worked quite quickly installing everything in a day. Overall we are very happy and would definitely recommend Cozy World!

Boris and his crew were courteous and worked hard replacing my old furnace, water heater and A/C. I am pleased with the Goodman furnace and A/C and Rinnai water heater. All three units are quiet and efficient.

Cozy World handled the disposal of my furnace and A/C and returned my rental water heater. Boris also submitted all paperwork for applicable rebates and warranty registrations.

They started and finished on time and on budget. The job took two days.

Just moved to a house that needed the furnace replaced. Got three quotes, one from an energy company and two from the top Homestar contenders, one being Boris of Cozy World.. All three suggested that we replace the AC unit as well as the furnace, which we were happy to do. Based on similar products and work, the energy company's estimate was significantly higher that the other two, whose estimates were both in the same ballpark.

The reason we chose Cozy World for our HVAC replacement was for the most part Boris' approach. He was a soft sell, didn't run down other companies, didn't blow his own trumpet, but simply explained to me what Cozy World could provide, how they would provide it and answered all my questions as to what would be needed. Boris is a straight shooter, tells things how they are, and always seems happy to explain things, without going in to too much technical details. At no time did we feel he was pushing anything on us. Boris encouraged us to put in a system that would meet our needs as oppose to simply buy the top of the range units. This was an aspect of Boris, and Cozy World, that I really appreciated.

Added to this the warranty offered by Boris, which comes backed directly by the manufacturer, exceeded the warranty offered by the competing company.

When it came to the day of installation, Fred and another installer turned up, asked where the old furnace was located and once shown, set to work. They worked for seven hours straight, did a wonderful job in terms of making a clean and tidy install and left my basement in a better state than when they had arrived.

After the new units were installed and working I had a number of follow up questions for Boris, to do with the warranty, OAP rebates and also some questions on the HVAC ducting, which he dealt with immediately.

I have no hestition in recommending Boris and the Cozy World team for HVAC installations.
