Clarke Basement Systems

I bought an older Mimico home that had a small rear addition with a deck attached. The crawlspace underneath the addition had never been cleaned or maintained previously which seriously compromised the air quality and comfort level of my home. Dave from Clarke Basements came promptly after my call to advise on the scope of work required and provided a reasonable quote. The clean-up and encapsulation was completed today. Jose and John were the crew assigned. They arrived promptly, as scheduled, and were very efficient and professional. Jose and John definitely exceeded my expectations with respect to the clean-up and the care that they took to ensure that the crawlspace was properly encapsulated and made more secure.
