Chouinard Bros Roofing

The Chouinard estimator advised that they would match the metal trim that had to be replaced, but then went ahead and did the job when I wasn't home and installed a metal colour that did not match anything else on the house. They refused to fix the problem, and were very rude and unprofessional in subsequent email and phone call exchanges. I would not recommend them.

We moved into a new home 7 years ago and we upgraded the shingles to a CRC Renaissance. To our surprise this summer we noticed curling... we called Chouinard and they informed us there is a class action suit against the manufacturer for defective product. We could try to recover some cost through the legal system... but we wanted to do the work right away to prevent any damage associated to leaks due to the upcoming winter months. The team at Chouinard Bros were very supportive and provided us with a plan to change the shingles a.s.a.p. They delivered the inventory required and sent in 2 crews to complete the work. It was done in 2 days. You hear about many horror stories out there about companies asking for money upfront and then they delay getting the work done and in some cases they never show up... Not with Chouinard Bros. Integrity, workmanship, and confidence = satisfied customer. Thank you for a job well done! I highly recommend this company based on our experience.

We had a leak in our roof. Contacted a bunch of roofers. Most didn't even call us back. A couple made appointments with us and then didn't show up... A friend recommended Chouinard and we gave them a call. Amazing! The repair guys fixed not only the problem we knew we had, but another one they ran into, all at the estimated rate we'd been quoted over the phone. They were professional, friendly, funny and helpful. Highly recommended.

I had not used this company before, but they were reshingling a roof in our neighbourhood, and the feedback was good. Scott was the estimator, and provided avery competitive quote. Install was arranged to my schedule and work quality was good. Would definitely use the company again, and also provide a referral.
