Remove existing shingles and recover with new
We moved into a new home 7 years ago and we upgraded the shingles to a CRC Renaissance. To our surprise this summer we noticed curling... we called Chouinard and they informed us there is a class action suit against the manufacturer for defective product. We could try to recover some cost through the legal system... but we wanted to do the work right away to prevent any damage associated to leaks due to the upcoming winter months. The team at Chouinard Bros were very supportive and provided us with a plan to change the shingles a.s.a.p. They delivered the inventory required and sent in 2 crews to complete the work. It was done in 2 days. You hear about many horror stories out there about companies asking for money upfront and then they delay getting the work done and in some cases they never show up...
