Our old windows and patio door badly needs to be replaced (36 years old!). I called Canadian Choice on a Friday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised when told that one of their agents can come in the following day. Vlad Nemchuk arrived on time and explained to us what makes their windows exceptional and economic. He helped us with the financing options as we are on a tight budget. He was patient and professional in answering our questions. For those in the Calgary and nearby area, I highly recommend that you request for Vlad.
The team (4 of them) that came to our house did a great job of installing the windows and patio door. At first I was worried about the mess in the front lawn while they were working, but they did an excellent job of cleaning their mess especially inside the house. We are so happy with our new windows and patio door. My husband commented that they look so nice and elegant that he doesn't feel like putting back the curtains. We noticed right away that when the windows are closed, we don't hear the street noise as loud as before. On cool days, we keep the windows open during the day to let the cool air in and it stays. I look forward to having a warm house and reduced utility bills come winter. Overall, I highly recommend this company when you need to have some windows renovations to do.

I recently had my windows and doors replaced in my home by Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. Vlad gave me an estimate and worked out a payment plan that suited my budget.
The installers did a great job they took 2 days to install all the windows and doors. They were friendly and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day.

Vlad Nemchuk was our sales representative. He was great to work with - did not pressure or run the competition down. Was professional and helpful in his recommendations. The crew that came out to remove the old and put in the new was fantastic! They worked hard and were very clean. They were polite and went above and beyond. We are very happy with our new windows and doors! They have kept the heat and the noise out. We are extremely happy with the product and the service!!

We recently had our patio door installed by Canadian choice windows and so far we are very content with the product! We received great customer service with this company as well! We would recommend this company to anyone looking to replace doors and windows!

Olga was pleasant to deal with and after some negotiating, their price was competitive. Our windows seem to be quite good, and they were installed on time. The $3500 custom door that we put in has had some issues. The appearance is quite good, but the details that I expected were lacking, primarily to do with the stain. At first there were several areas on the door that were obviously lacking a second coat, and you could see right through to the door. They did fix this issue quite promptly. In the month since having the door installed, the stain is already chipping off. I will say that we do have a dog, that paws at the door on occasion, but the durability of the stain certainly leaves a bit to be desired. We've never had any problems with other stained items in our home previously. I would recommend these guys for the windows, but if you are looking for a high end door with some durability, I'd look elsewhere.

Stan was outstanding in listening and understanding my needs, walking me through my options, and tailoring a plan that suited me both aesthetically and financially. Igor and his crew were also excellent on installation day. They were punctual, meticulous, efficient, kept a clean work-space, and friendly throughout a long day. I am thrilled with the result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Canadian Choice and this great team to family and friends.

I had my window broken from a break in. I spent several weeks trying to find a company who would come out and give a quote and speedy replacement. All I got were a bunch of emails. Then I found Canadian Choice Windows and Doors! I gave them a call and within that day Olga was arranging a time where she could come to my home to do the quote with me there. When she came she brought samples of the windows, explained their qualities and was very through. She also put our window on rush, so a month later it was ready to install. The installers were very quick, nice and professional. My new window looks fantastic! Overall, this company is great from their work to their customer service they are committed to making you happy.

The Windows were replace within a day. The Windows look amazing compared to the other company I used to replace partially 2 years ago. The guys were really friendly and they knew what they were doing. I'm very impressed with the work that they have done. I can't wait to get my doors replaced next.
