If you have to wait to get Flavio... do it, he's worth it! We were the victims of a bathroom gut renovation gone bad - the bathroom was finished & suddenly we had ticking sounds, knocking sounds and the occasional loud thunk coming from both the hot and cold water pipes. Things were so bad that we couldn't sleep in the adjacent bedroom and were camped out downstairs on an air mattress. Six weeks after the reno was finished, the wall in the bedroom was still down to allow access to the pipes, the contractor had walked off the job because he couldn't fix the problem and three plumbers had come and gone without success. That's not even mentioning the two other plumbers we spoke to over the phone who implied that it was an 'unfixable' problem. Flavio came in with a totally new approach and improved the situation in a big way. It was NOT an easy job, but he did it and worked on it until the situation was improved to such an extent that we're finally back in the bedroom! Bruno the drywaller and general handyman was terrific too (I can't say enough about them both - talk about a dynamic duo!) I would never call in anyone else, not only because of their skill but because, along with everything else, they were both personable, fun, perfectionists and incredibly hard workers! Kudos!
