After getting 3 estimates, we decided on Button’s Heating & A/C, as the presentation by Todd Button was very enlightening, professional and the price was right. We had the Trane Furnace XV95 installed along with a Trane Humidifier & a Trane Electronic Air Cleaner. The Button’s crew, Mike, Jonathan and Mike II, were so very efficient and demonstrated to us what a professional, hard-working team they are. Thank you Todd for sending out the best installers. My husband and I were very impressed with the office staff, Marlene & Alison who were so helpful & thank you for registering our warranties & the govmt. rebate program. A big thank you to Todd Button for coming out and inspecting the final work & teaching us how to maintain our new equipment. We highly recommend Button’s Heating & Air Conditioning to all our families & friends & neighbours and are so proud of our new investment in our home. Our Trane Furnace just purrrrrrrs like a kitten, so quiet and very warm too.

Had lots of questions, Jeff patiently answered all of the questions and provided suggestions for homework. Very helpful, no up sale. 100% satisfied. I scheduled a maintenance checkup for the air conditioner and furnace in late May.
I changed the furnace filter and closed the dampers in the basement leaving one open. Now my upstairs temperature has increased a lot and the coldest room is no longer cold. I really appreciate the honesty that Jeff has given me. $130 well spent.

Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. I had a look at it myself and was able to guess at what the problem was. We called them in the morning and they the part installed and the furnace up and running by middle of the day. Brian the installer was professional friendly and quick. I wish all companies had as good customer service as they do.

We had our furnace tagged after we were told the heat exchanger had to be replaced. We called Button's Heating and had a service person assess the furnace within 2 hrs of calling and provide us with heaters to help keep us warm. We didn't end up having Button's Heating repair it for us however the quick response to our call and providing heaters was of great value to us. When it comes time to replace our furnace we will be calling Button's Heating to complete the work.

When our furnace broke down we called Buttons. In just a few hours we had a technician over who was able to quickly diagnose the problem and immediately called the office to order the required spare part. Early the very next morning another technician came by and fixed the furnace.
It was a very stressful time for us but Buttons went above and beyond to fix the problem quickly.
Everyone that we have dealt with so far has been courteous, knowledgable, and very efficient. Their customer service is impeccable.

We had Buttons Heating Inc. install a new air conditioner in our
two storey home. The men arrived at the time specified, were friendly, polite and explained the process of the installation before, during and after answering all our questions. They completely cleaned up after and we felt that they had gone above and beyond. We will continue to use them for cleaning and maintenance of this unit and will certainly refer them to friends and family. We highly recommend this company.

Button's Heating and Air Conditioning were recommended to us when we decided to install a new furnace. They were very efficient and courteous. There was not mess to clean up when they were finished the job. I would recommend them to my friends.

My Wife and I had Button Heating install a new Furnace and Central Air Unit back in November 2013.From Nigel the sales representative to Mike and his crew of installers, they were top notch and very professional.Nigel was there to answer all of our questions in regards to what furnace/central air unit would be right for our home.He walked us thru the energy ratings and projected savings on our hydro and gas bills and then explained Button's warranty plans.We had a Friday installation date and were told that the Crew would be there at 9am,they showed up right on time and went right to work.Once the installation was complete and the Crew did an amazing job cleaning up, Mike stayed late on a Friday afternoon and showed my wife and I how to use the Ecobee thermostat.A thoroughly professional job by Button's.We would highly recommend this company to anybody.

We decided to replace our HVAC system after experiencing problems with our furnace during the cold snap in December 2013. We received proposals from several companies. Todd from Buttons’ was very knowledgeable and informative. He presented various options and we decided on a package which included the furnace, air conditioning and water heater. He also represented the company as a very professional and competent organization which it turned out to be.
On the day of the installation the crew showed up on time and the first thing they did was roll out a red carpet from the front door to the furnace so they wouldn’t dirty the house.
The installation crew were also very professional, paid attention to detail while being friendly. They even repaired a couple minor issues which were not part of the contract.
The whole job took about 7 hours and they left the area cleaner than when they arrived.
Todd had told us that the new furnace would help even out the temperature in 2 corner rooms which were always colder than the rest of the house. After a month with the new heating system it didn’t totally eliminate the problem but made it a lot better which is what he said would happen. They also made it very easy to apply for the OPG rebates.
All in all we are very happy with our choice.
