We had an unfinished basement and got a reasonable quote from Ehab. He took me thru the steps of how the reno will go and explained a lot of things which I did not think of. We now have 1 washroom, 1 bedroom and a living space in the basement. The staff were professional and friendly. Nasser was also very helpful in explaining things and giving me a peace of mind. I had a very good experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

I found Marc by recommendation by another contractor. Marc was pleasant and the consultation for the work is free. He was able to work with my schedule when needed. I had drywalls taken out for exploration of my cold wall issue. It turns out behind my fireplace, there was a huge gap that is not insulated properly. Marc was able to add/replace the insulation with Roxul insulation and it made a huge difference. The newly constructed drywall section is actually warmer than the rest of the wall. So Roxul really makes a difference. There is no longer a draft around the area. I would recommend Marc to anyone that needs drywall/insulation work done.

I found this company on homestars and called. Called Mark for the free consultation. We talked about what needs to be done and I was sent an estimate. I had my attic insulated and some electrical work, everything was done great and no mess was left behind. I am very satisfied with the work done and my master bedroom is now nice and warm. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs the service for insulation or electrical work.

My windows were the builder's default ones and they were leaking cold air into the room (able to feel draft near the window). Also the gas in between the 2 panes have leaked out as well because there were condensation in between. I called Eco-windows and Gabriel was very professional on explaining how the new windows is better than the current. I thought the price was reasonable as well. I replaced 4 windows in 2 rooms. 2 in the bathroom, 2 in bedrooms. I am very happy with the replacements as they are high quality. Also they use normal fibre class insulation and then another layer of foam insulation where my old windows only had the foam. The clean up job was fairly decent, there were some small pieces of scraps left but I don't expect everything to be picked up. Overall, a very positive experience and I am very satisfied with the quality of the windows.

Had lots of questions, Jeff patiently answered all of the questions and provided suggestions for homework. Very helpful, no up sale. 100% satisfied. I scheduled a maintenance checkup for the air conditioner and furnace in late May. I changed the furnace filter and closed the dampers in the basement leaving one open. Now my upstairs temperature has increased a lot and the coldest room is no longer cold. I really appreciate the honesty that Jeff has given me. $130 well spent.
