was promised specific delivery date and installation duration and after they got the order called the day before the scheduled installation date to change the duration of the project from 1 day to 3 days and told me they could not install on the date promised originally. I told them to cancel the order and they told me my $2,000.00 deposit was non-refundable. I was left no choice but to change my entire schedule to accommodate the new scheduled installation or lose my $2,000.00. I will never use bath fitters again and I have a 2nd bathroom I am preparing to renovate.
