this company was true to their word. They honoured the quote even though it ended up having additional costs. They were on time and worked efficiently. They were done ahead of time. Good clean up

was promised specific delivery date and installation duration and after they got the order called the day before the scheduled installation date to change the duration of the project from 1 day to 3 days and told me they could not install on the date promised originally. I told them to cancel the order and they told me my $2,000.00 deposit was non-refundable. I was left no choice but to change my entire schedule to accommodate the new scheduled installation or lose my $2,000.00. I will never use bath fitters again and I have a 2nd bathroom I am preparing to renovate.
