I purchased a new furnace and air conditioner in January 2010.
There is a 10 year warranty from York. Unfortunately I had water inside this furnace and did not notice it at first. Some parts got replaced free of charge but not all the rusty parts got corrected. I mentioned I wanted a new Furnace since I paid for this 10 year warranty included with the cost of ( $9,800). Atlas refused . I would not recommend this company in any way.
The technician was very knowledgeable and repaired as much as was in his control.
