Living room couch set

I was very satisfied with my experience at the Brampton location. The sales staff in particular Mohammed was very helpful and did not pressure or rush me in anyway. I loved the NO pressure tactic as for the most part the second u walk into a furniture store you are usually hounded and stalked by sales people overall great experience good quality furniture for the money and I will definitely be buying all of my new homes furniture at Arrow.

I just want to let Arrow Furniture know how much we appreciated everyones help. We went in to Arrow Furniture as my husband’s aunt had told us that she had purchased some furniture and told us that if we were looking for nice and good quality furniture that we should check you out.

We walked in on a Saturday afternoon and were helped by Jennifer at your Scarborough location. After a few hours with us and lots of questions and diagrams we narrowed our choice down to one couch but couldn’t decide between leather or fabric . Jennifer was so nice she told us all about the pros and cons for each and advised us that if we weren’t sure that we should definitely think about it and come back. Well the next day we went back and yet again a couple of hours went by but we finally purchased a beautiful grey leather sofa.

Because our purchase was quite large we had been told that there was a service that can be offered to us that could help us furnish the rest of our home. Jennifer told us about Israel who is an interior decorator and could come out to our house and help complete the look we wanted. We meet with Israel and he made it so easy and was so genuinely interested in helping us complete our room. My husband and I were so excited that we meet with Israel and Jennifer back at the store and bought the rest of the items we needed to complete our living room.

On delivery day we had the furniture unpacked, assembled, and set up for us – even the art work got hung up! I couldn’t have been more happy with the service and the furniture. We will definitely be back to do the rest of our home.

Outstanding customer service

My husband and I recently used the Arrow Design Consulting Service.
Israel Adud introduced himself and came out to our home to assess our needs. This
was an amazing experience for us from beginning to end because Israel cares
about his Customers. Along with being Professional, Customer Service is his
number one priority. What he says he is going to do he does. Israel
shared his expertise along with listening to what we wanted and created a
Living Room that has that wow factor when you walk in. We have stylish
quality Furniture.
We have shared this experience with Family and Friends and will definitely
consult with Israel again for any other Furniture we may need in the future.

Refurnishing living room, dining room and kitchen

This is a short note of commendation for the service that I received from Michael Badgely at the Arrow Road store during and after my recent furniture purchases from Arrow Furniture.

Michael's level of sales and customer service is second to none. He was extremely professional, courteous and helpful, and more importantly, not pushy, while my son and I looked for various pieces to refurnish our house.

After the purchase was made, Michael sent a handwritten note of thanks to me; something I have only experienced on one other occasion and what I consider, a wonderful gesture . On the delivery date Michael called as soon as the store opened to ensure that the delivery went without a hitch. Again, I was impressed, especially since I was receiving delivery from another store on the same day and never heard from that salesman again even though I had problems with the delivery - another story, another time!

I have referred many people to Michael, even strangers in another furniture store, and will continue to do so whenever I get a chance.

Sales Service

Sectional Couch

I was referred by a client to visit ARROW furniture because of the competetive prices, and reliable furniture. I popped in briefly after work one evening, and immediately was greeted by a Christine Samuel, who introduced herself and and then allowed me to browse without being pressured to buy. I found a couch i liked, we chatted a bit more and i left, her card in hand. I returned a week later to purchase the Sectional. I only wanted to deal with Christine upon my return, especially since during the week away i was told by a client about Christine Samuel as an excellent sales representative, and this without them knowing i had dealt with her. Christine made my purchase go by with ease, and i would, and will, refer her to others.

Living Room & Dining Room Suite

Buying a new home I was looking for quality furniture that will last a long time. Arrow Furniture came through & I ended up buying exactly what I needed. Ushi, the saleswomen was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable & helpful & was simply a delight to be with. That particular night was when the rains flooded Toronto & stores were closing around us, but Ushi & her entourage stayed on in order to complete the sale. Eventually I received my furniture & was very pleased. Ushi contacted me once again to go over things & everything was looked after. Thank you!

The moment we walked into Arrow Furniture, the atmosphere was very welcoming. Being first time home buyers and needing furniture for the house was very daunting. But once we met Sales Manager Jason Michaels, my husband and I were very much at ease. He took the time to talk to us, to answer all of our questions thoroughly, showed us alternative ideas when we weren't sure of something and made the whole experience less stressful and more enjoyable. All of our payment options were explained in great detail and delivery was set up with ease. The service with the delivery team from Arrow Furniture was fantastic- team was polite and took the time to help us set up the furniture. Although an item was missing and another item needed to be switched, Jason and the customer care team were on top of it and made sure that our time was accommodated and the rest of the furniture was delivered in a timely manner with exceptional service. We would definitely recommend Arrow Furniture to others.
