I had an excellent experience with interior designer Israel Adud.He did a wonderful job designing and planning my new house. Because of him, I can't wait to move into my contemporary-styled home. Family and friends that have visited say that they look forward to seeing it again!

When I bought my townhouse, I wanted to buy furniture that was good quality as well as had a unique presence. I came across Arrow Furniture online. I had never been attracted to more than one piece at one furniture shop before this and was excited to see so many great choices. I signed up for complimentary consultation and had Israel come over to take a look at my townhouse and see what my needs were. Israel listened patiently to my needs and was not at all pushy. He made his recommendations, gave me time and space to think and make a decision on my own. Even after the furniture was delivered Israel ensured I was satisfied and went the extra mile to accommodate my requests. Each and every visitor to my house has invariably commented on uniqueness and great quality of the furniture. I really appreciate that and would like to extend a big and heartiest thank you to Israel and the team at Arrow Furniture. Its not only the quality of furniture, it is the quality of the customer service as well that made this experience worthwhile for me.

Love this store. This is my 2nd time buying from Arrow my first time with Scarborough location. Barb who was my salesperson was amazing. Most people just try to sell you to get the sale that day but she understood why I was just looking and not buying for a few weeks. I made sure only to go back to her when I was ready. After the delivery I went back and bought another piece. Love my new Living Room furniture and Gorgeous Bed. I did have an issue that was taken care of which is why I would buy there again. The Manager Jeff cares about making his customers happy.

ISRAEL ADUD really deserve a big thank you, he is an amazing person . For more than two months of looking in every store and every website for the furniture ,I almost give up of making my dream house and my husbond and my kids get so frastrated of looking in the furniture shops.The sales represantitive NINO in toronto branch, he is also very nice person, found that i am so confused and i can not make a descion , he refered me to Israel. Israel understand my ideas and make it clear for me that what ever i want is not imposible. He is so profesional, patient and the most important thing he shared me my excitation of having a nice furniture.His hand was like magic any thing he pulled was just perfect. He helped even in choosing the paint colour and the drapes style. Finally he suprised me wih day of my furniture arrival by coming by him self with the delivery guys to set up the furniture for me and for free. I am sure now i will not be confused any more in my next project because of Israel, he is my rock. I will recomended Arrow furniture for all my relative and friends and of course with the consultation of I srael.

Christine samuel at the brampton location was sooo patient and accomodating with all my needs. She made sure i was satisfied with my purchases and even did a follow up call. Throughout my purchasing process she guided me and advised helping me work within my budget and always with a smile . Because of her i am sure to always make my purchases from arrow ad i did not feel pressured nor pushed i was given space and time and never felt rushed or pushed. Jenny from caledon

I bought a kitchen table from Arrow which needed assembling but it would cost 100$.So, I decided not to pay for assembling. I thought I could do it by myself . On delivery day when the delivery guy left our apartment I noticed that the table did not have any instruction. So I called the company and asked for it. But one of the operation manager, Israel, he was very kind, patient and helpful tried to help me to assemble it by phone but the table was so heavy and I couldn't hold it. So after so many calls to him in each step of assembling, he decided to come to our apartment after his job and assembled the table. He took only 50$. Although manager of the store was not helpful at all and he said that he can not do any thing for me until next week but still I'm satisfied with Arrow for their kind and helpful staff.

Hi just wanted to note here that i visited your brampton location and i had a wonderful experience with the sales agent i met his name is Mohammed i can never forget the way he explained all our concerns and even suggested other items without being pushy my family was very pleased with his help that we we just couldn't stay without coming to the site to make a comment for people to know about our experience at the store and recommend that the brampton location be visited. i know I will be returning for sure.
