We found everything we needed for our new home at Arrow Furniture. Thanks to Israel and his knowledge of Interior Design and attention to detail. He helped us create warm comfortable spaces in every room we purchased furniture

I was in search of a dining room set for my condo and the options provided to me by the staff at Arrow were terrific. With limited space and looking for something modern and hip, as well as, "kid friendly", they helped me find the perfect fit. For the last 30 years my first stop for furniture is Arrow! Great company, Great people!

Israel (Decorator & General Manager) helped us decorate our condo. He did a great job. He listened and found us the exact pieces we wanted. We were able to have our furniture delivered within the time frame he promised. The delivery guys were great. Clean, organized and fast. There was an art piece missing from the delivery & Israel personally delivered it to us the next day. GREAT SERVICE & GREAT QUALITY.

No complaints about purchasing or delivery service. However, some of the parts were missing when we opened the boxes. We didn't get an answer with the service manager when we called. After 2 hours and multiple calls, we finally did talk to the service manager. We were anxious to get this resolved so that our daughter had somehwere to sleep. We were told that we could drive from Oak Ridges to pick up the missing peices OR we would have to wait 5 days for them to be delivered. Since we already paid for delivery, there was no way that we were going to drive to the store. The service manager was unwilling to help any further and didn't understand why we were displeased. I asked to talk to the manager, Michael, who was very nice and helpful. He fixed the situation for us which allowed our daughter to sleep in her bed that night. If it wasn't for Michael, we would not be returning to Arrow for future purchases.

Hey Jason, just wanted to thank you for looking after our living room furniture purchase, looks great in the space, great quality and really comfortable for the price! Not disappointed in any way, the experience has been first class, and I can say at 60 I have made a few furniture purchases and none compare to “Arrow”. No wonder you guys have been in business as long as you have.

The designer Israel help us decorate my home. We bought some furniture from Arrow and some from other industry he told us. The quality service is very good. The design idea is very fashion. Price is moderate.

I have admired arrow furniture(Brampton and arrow rd) unique custom furniture that isn't available just anywhere for a year and half. When I returned to the stores I was met by friendly staff especially Muhammad A Chughtai, he was very accommodating, friendly and patient with all my questions and concerns. I do wish there was room for negotiation with the price but I am very satisfied with the assistance and knowledge that was given by mike the general manager, stern but fair and willing to take the time to talk about the items. Once I receive the furniture I will be back for another review.

This message is for Royce at the Arrow Furniture in Scarborough. I have been searching high and low for a particular bench, which I always believe Arrow will not disappointed me. Both Patrick and I are very appreciate you being so helpful. You are a honest, knowledgeable classy person, never put pressure on us. We feel home when we come back to Arrow. He helped make my house into a home; space for us all, functionality and form all top notch. Israel, thank you! It has been a great experience moving into my new house with the help of Arrow Furniture. A very big thank you to Israel and Jennifer. First, I walked into the Kennedy location for a sneak peak to have an idea. I was greeted by Jennifer there. After some discussions, Jennifer had asked me to get the help of Israel. We had a phone conversation. Israel said he will come out to have a look at the place and have some measurements taken.That's when I met the great Israel. After the measurements done he had asked me to come to their North York location. With Israel's expert advice we were able to choose all our furniture for the entire house in just 3 hours. The delivery and assembly was even easier than choosing them. The whole arrow crew were there on that day. They staged all the furniture as we discussed. Israel was there on that day the whole time. I was really impressed. They made sure all the furniture had felts. No garbage was left behind. No floor, walls, furniture were damaged. What ever promised on the very first day were there. Furniture fitted the house much much better than we expected. We were on budget on this project. Much of the credit should go to Israel. Thank you Israel and Arrow Furniture team for making my dream come true!
