Arrow furniture has absolutely gorgeous furniture, so when I purchased my home I knew I wanted to get some pieces from there. I expected great quality pieces and I knew I would be paying for it. What I didn't expect was the excellent customer service provided by Muhammad at the Brampton location. He was very knowledgeable about the products and very honest in his recommendations. You can pay for products but great customer service is priceless and that's what I got. THANK YOU MUHAMMAD. You are the best. Continue doing what you're doing. Also Parmod, the story manager, thank you for your design expertise and ideas. I will definitely be returning to Arrow in Brampton. Customer service is important and I appreciate the level of customer service I receive in your store. Also want to mention the fact that Muhammad took the time out to follow up and find out if my delivery was okay and if I was satisfied. The delivery drivers were very professional and made sure my carpets didn't get dirty

Family milestone made picture perfect. The amazing team at Arrow Furniture was friendly, knowledgable and courteous. Our furniture was delivered on time with "white glove" service and care. The two gentlemen who set up our furniture treated our daughters bedroom set like it was their own leaving not a single mark or scratch as they lugged the set into our home and upstairs. I was truly impressed at how clean they left our home after opening boxes and setting things up. I feel really good about our choice to trust Arrow and purchase our daughters first "big girl" room there. I will definitely go back when we need more furnishing!!!!

Delighted to have shopped for my home furniture at Arrow Furniture Brampton. I was warmly welcomed by Christine Samuel. I initially came in for window shopping but with the exceptional service and good advise I decided to buy at Arrow Furniture. Christine also helped in getting good deal. I also want to commend the company for sending a cheque to me for over payment.

Furniture shopping for my new home was a challenge to me as my daughter’s like to have a modern design furniture in home. We conducted some search on the internet and found some stores with good reviews. Since Arrow Furniture (Brampton) was close to our house we went to see some furniture. I had numerous arguments when it comes to selecting furniture with my daughters and wife. I visited the other stores but could not find what we were looking for. As we entered the store we had a chance to meet Christine Samuel, Assistant Manager in the Brampton store. She really understood what we are looking for and showed us several designs which were of our taste and in very quick time we could decide the furniture. Christine was very professional and reliable, and I received the VIP service from her. She understands what I like and made a lot of good suggestions. We picked the major furniture for the whole 3000sq. ft. house in one day. She offered to provide some suggestions for decoration at home and to suggest suitable furniture and accessories which we could not decide in the store. She was able to get a good discount for me by discussing the proposal with her higher management. The delivery was made on time and she kept follow-up after the furniture was installed. We are extremely happy with the design, quality and the services given to us by Arrow Store in Brampton.

Furniture shopping had always been a headache for me because my parents and I have very different taste in furniture. They like classic and traditional style, whereas I like contemporary style. We had numerous arguments when it comes to selecting furniture.
I visited the Scarborough location on Boxing Day and expressed my concerns to the sales, Richard. He’s very helpful and told me about the complimentary interior designing services that they offer. Then he referred me to their Interior Designer/Manager, Israel Adud. IsraeI is very professional and reliable, and I received the VIP service from him. Although he had a very tight schedule before his vacation, he still made time for me to visit my house and did all the measurements. He recommended transitional furniture (between traditional and modern) for my family. He understands what I like and made a lot of good suggestions. We picked the major furniture for the whole 3000sq. ft. house in one morning. We spent another afternoon picking the decorations, paintings, vases, and accent furniture. He made the whole process short and easy. In addition, he was able to get a great discount for me.
During delivery and installation, Israel stayed at my house the entire time to help with setting up furniture and making sure everything was alright. He also made sure all the garbage was cleaned up.
Later on, I noticed that a lamp shade had some minor defects. Israel changed it for me immediately. My parents and I are extremely satisfied with the furniture and design.

I would like to let you know that we have always had very informative and positive dealings with Jennifer Cowling and Arrow Furniture. I have recommended Arrow Furniture and specifically dealing with Jennifer as a sales lady, to several of my friends. Her approach is very professional and once you have described what you are looking for she is very quick to find what best suits you.

With her help, I purchased the desirable bed and mattress with good quality and fair price. Also, I want to express my great thanks to you. You really impressed me. As a sales manager, you are very nice and easy-going. You helped me with my needs with great patience. Certainly, the delivery services were satisfying.

Anyway, it was my first but unforgettable experience with Arrow Furniture and I was satisfied with every aspect. It is highly recommended to all my friend. I will continue to shop with Arrow Furniture going forward whenever i have the needs in furniture.

I recently (last month to be exact) bought furniture from your store in Scarborough, specifically a couch and love seat, a box and mattress . AJ was the rep who answered all my questions in a very professional manner and showed so much confidence in the products I was interested in that I ended up getting them even before I planned to. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and having been a prior customer of Arrow, in future Arrow would be my first choice for household needs. I recently purchased a bedroom set and entertainment unit from Arrow Furniture. The sales people were very helpful sourcing out a special order unit that as it turned out was a great selection. I was extremely pleased by the delivery crew who promised a call 1 hour before delivery. Deliver was prompt and the boxes were taken upstairs with the utmost of care. I did not purchase assembly thinking I could put together the pieces on my own. This was a mistake. However, I did call the store the next day and was put in touch with the owner who immediately sent out his installer to assemble the bed. I am extremely grateful to all the staff at Arrow furniture for making my shopping experience a memorable one. I would recommend anyone looking for home furnishings to consider stopping over at Arrow's for advice and guidance on your next purchase.
