Alliance Floor Source

I was introduced to Alliance Floor Source via Homestars and was impressed by their stellar rating. I contacted them for an estimate and received a very quick response from them. During the initial appointment, we were impressed by Lehel's professionalism and enthusiasm for his work and thus, decided to hire this company to stain and refinish our existing hardwood floors as well as our staircase. The finished product (ebony stain with a matte finish) is perfect and I am extremely happy with their service. I am also impressed by Lehel's professionalism and his desire to please his clients. He went out of his way to replace a handrail bracket (that was misplaced by a painting company I hired) and even assumed the cost.

Unfortunately, a few months after the job was complete, I had an accident and damaged my floors. Some carpet cleaner was spilled on the hardwood floor and corroded the finish and part of the stain.=( I rehired Lehel's company and they were able to repair the floor so that the blemished area blends seamlessly with the rest of the floor. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of product and service this company provides and I would definitely rehire (already did!) and refer to others! Thanks Lehel!
