Installed a new drain for our sink as our old drain did not align with the drain hole in our new vanity. Very friendly technician and excellent work.

I called late yesterday and advanced plumbing had someone here early afternoon next day. Our washing machine was leaking and a few things need to be tightened up. But if they hadn’t been able to come on such a timely basis we could’ve had a big leak and problems in our basement. The plumber who arrived, Ian, was awesome! We had a major water leak pouring water on our basement ceiling. Based on Homestars reviews, I called Advanced Plumbing. They changed their schedule and dispatched a technician almost immediately. When the technician arrived, he quickly determined the water was coming from the floor above (in our kitchen). Turns out our dishwater supply line was at fault and leaking into the back wall. We turned off the supply valve and the water leak was history. While we had significant damage in our basement, ADVANCED CHARGED US NOTHING FOR THE SERVICE CALL. Next time we hear of anyone needing plumbing work, without any hesitation we’re going to recommend Advanced Plumbing. Thank you for making our already stressful day a little a little bit brighter.

A leak had developed in our kitchen ceiling as a result of some problem in the shower/tub area above. AP sent George Tsakopoulos on time for our morning appointment. We agreed with George that it was best to cut out the damaged section of the ceiling for a proper look (the plaster/lathe had flaked badly anyway). George spotted several issues from this vantage point and after replacing the overflow cover, caulking a crack line along the shower tile, installing a new pipe and making adjustments to all valves, the problem seems to have stopped. He placed an access panel in the kitchen ceiling hole which actually doesn't look bad at all-we'll stick with it for the time being. Since we were going to bring in a plumber we also had him install a new bathroom sink faucet which has been a big upgrade from what we had before. The price for everything seemed reasonable for the work done. Happy to recommend George and AP.

Greg and his team helped us replace our drains about a year ago. Recently we were worried that perhaps we were having some drain issues again and called Greg. Greg responded within the day and got a plumber out immediately to help us investigate the issue. It ended up being nothing and everything was resolved. What I was the most impressed with was Greg's great customer service - promptly responding and sending out someone to look into our concerns. Thank you Advanced Plumbing.

Your person was magnificent -- ultra-competent, polite, very matter-of-fact. He told us what needed to be done (very little) and made no attempt to persuade us to do unnecessary work. That's unusual these days.

Bathtub drain was clogged. Very quick, efficient, friendly service. Came on a Saturday within about an hour.

Let me be blunt - these guys are amazing! To be more specific, we recently moved to a house from a condo, and of course the range of experiences these two worlds offer are very different. A few days after the move, our main drain pipe got clogged. Unlike other companies we called, AP came immediately and their service was outstanding in all respects: snaked, did the camera to view the extent of the issue, explained everything very professionally, answered questions patiently and thoughtfully...

Unfortunately for us, the problem is rather substantial and the main drain pipe (clay) has to be replaced, but AP has provided a very attractive quote, and, not less importantly, they are going to start off right away, and, we are sure, they will complete the work to the highest possible standards.
