We had a tricky existing kitchen faucet and needed a shower bar (which came out of the tile) replaced. They offered to come by and provide a free estimate. George looked at the hardware we purchased and ensure compatibility (with some caveats). I was able to book an appointment the next day.

He was also able to fix two running toilets with new hardware he had on hand. Further, George offered to dispose of our old hardware and was very professional and tidy. Friendly service from George and the administrative staff.

We are pleased to have found a great plumber in our neighbourhood!

George did a great job. Made sure I approved the placement of the sink and faucet. Cleaned up after the job too!

I was pleased with the prompt service George provided. He was knowledgeable and professional and was able to fix the problem in a short amount of time.

These guys are my go-to plumbers. I called them and someone was in my home within an hour and in a half an hour my problem was fixed. They know their stuff. They’re not the cheapest but they are quick to respond, reliable, honest and knowledgeable.

We contacted Advanced Plumbing regarding a clogged bathroom faucet. Our toddler managed to fit her toothpaste cap along with a few other items down the drain which resulted in a blockage we could not removed ourselves. The plumbers, George and Ian, were able to come to our house the same day. They removed the clogged piped and installed a new pop drain cap for us. I appreciated the time they took to explain the work, they provided me with a quote before starting the work and took the time to answer some of my questions about plumbing in different areas of the house. We have had experience with very unprofessional plumbers in the past and I would rather pay to have quality work done the first time than have to fix poor work down the line.

They repaired the bathroom faucets efficiently in the middle of a snow storm. Great customer service.

Greg responded to my service request in a timely and professional manner. I was texted a confirmation of the scheduled appointment with a timeframe between 3 - 5pm for arrival. I was texted when George was on his way to my house within the given timeframe. George was very friendly and courteous. He listened to me and provided an estimate quickly. He then solved my plumbing issues quickly. George’s work was excellent as compared to other plumbers and went above and beyond what I expected. I was given good advice and recommendations for plumbing in my house in case I want to make improvements in the future, but nothing was forced. Paperless billing and payment was done quickly and efficiently on site with tablet/phone so that I had proper email records. Good value versus competitors. I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Advanced Plumbing.

Excellent clean and professional work. They fixed an old DIY job from a past owner and after seeing what was needed to do the work correctly I'm glad I didnt try a DIY-fix of my own. The original drain wasn't vented properly so they also installed a mechanical vent and it has mad a huge difference.

First time using them but I highly recommend this company.
