Hot and cold taps (in both bathroom and basement), tub spout, diverter, caulking around the bathtub - all needed quick upgrades due to leaks, knobs being stuck, etc. Ian and Amen came in and gave us a number of options. Toilet leak due to previously poor attempts at replacing the gasket. Very professional and respectful to work with.

Andre arrived on time and set about figuring out the issue. He gave me two alternatives for the repair (fixing or replacing a damaged part), and once I chose he set about repairing the bidet. He then tested for leaks and invited me to do the same. No time wasted and a job well done.
