Moncada Windows Doors & Siding

Good group of guys came and installed the windows for the whole house. The products are topnotch. We had some problems with fittings & trims and it was a bit of a chore getting them back - but they returned a few times to make adjustments and in the long run we are very happy with them.

We used Moncada in the past and liked our salesman. We found the price on the door we installed high however when we compared it to our neighbours who paid quite a bit less for a nicer door. Also, the paste around the door wasn't applied very smoothly, though they did return to fix it when we called them.

I hired Moncada to install a new front door and side windows. The day they did the install, they also did the same door for my next door neighbour. They did hers first and I went over to take a look. They had installed the peephole at a very reasonable height around 5 feet. After they installed mine and left, I discovered they had installed my peep hole at 5' 4", which is too high for me. I called them up the next day and spoke to the office staff, explaining that it was too high. This same staff member called me back the next day to say that Anthony told her I had requested it to be that high. Which is NOT what happened, the peephole was never even discussed on that day of the install, although it would have been a good idea for them to ask my opinion. The lady who called said I could either purchase another door or they would install a second peep hole, leaving the first one in place. In my opinion, a door with two peepholes would look ridiculous. I did not hear from or see Anthony once after ordering the door, so that led me to believe one of the installers must have told him that I requested it to be that high. I explained to the lady who called that I was not consulted on the height of the peephole, that I was extremely disappointed and I thought it was fair to assume I would get a peep hole at the same reasonable height as my neighbour. That was over a week ago and I never even got a call back. I'm shocked that I could spend $2300 on a front door and not even receive a call back after the installers screw up the job. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Apparently if all goes well, you're in luck. If something goes wrong you won't even get the courtesy of a phone call to explain their actions. Stay away.

Anthony did a great job in doing our aluminum soffit, facia and troughs. The work was done quickly and completely transformed our home.
After the winter, the winds had lifted a small section of facia and it was fixed by his crew.

This is the second custom home that we built and used this company for the windows. Anthony was very knowledgeable about the product --guided us on what best suited our home and we are fully satisfied with the results. I would recommend this company.

Very impressed with the job and work done,from the sale to the completion of the installation. The sales man and the installers were very freindly and answered all the questions my wife and I asked. Im find it hard to believe some of the statements in other reveiws,that was definately not the experience my wife and I had. The job was completed on time and when Anthony promised. I had windows done by another company in our previous home in 2002 and I can definately say this company is top notch. I would recomend them to friends and family, as well as use them again if need be.

Don't buy from this company. You can do a lot better. Sales staff was great. Service is terrible. Installation was as bad as it can get. Not only do they do the bare minimum, they don't follow up on issues that arise as a result.
