My 2nd story wall vent cover needed replacement after breaking off from the wind storm last week. I called Marc who was able to come out and do the replacement. I needed dryer vent replacement and 3 other vent caps replacement. Marc sent me a quite via email, arrived in time as scheduled and did his job in a highly professional and efficient manner. Marc is a very nice man with lots of experience. Definitely I will call Marc in case I have need for similar repairs in the future.

Just bought our home (first-time!) and moved in about two weeks ago. First time using our gas dryer and we found lint caked inside the dryer below the lint tray. We tried our best to clean it out ourselves, but found the laundry remained very damp after more than an hour of running the dryer.

Since its our first time dealing with a gas dryer, we called in Marc to make sure everything was in working order. Marc was prompt in responding and provided a very reasonable and competitive quote. He arrived on time and was wonderfully friendly. He found two major issues with our dryer:

- The elbow connecting the dryer to the exhaust was scrunched up against the wall and was crudely repaired with duct tape. This impeded the airflow out of the dryer and caused a clog of lint.
- The exhaust line was actually HVAC-grade, and not dryer-grade. This meant that plastic lining inside the exhaust line came loose and created a blockage that collected lint.

In the end, Marc cleaned out the dryer and exhaust line, replaced the elbow coming out of the dryer and levelled our washer and dryer set. Marc was incredibly professional and answered all of our questions with expertise and a smile. The cost was very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend Marc for any of your dryer repair needs!

Marc installed a new dryer vent in our home about a year ago. The work and the price was great.

About a month ago, we had someone repair our washer. They moved the dryer to do the washer repair. In moving the dryer, the repair people were careless and broke a vent elbow in our new dryer vent. I emailed Marc about it and he came by and repaired the vent elbow free of charge even though he had nothing to do with the breakage. Great customer service! Super nice guy. Highly recommend him!

Had a blocked vent with a second-story outlet in a difficult location. After reaching out to several other duct cleaning services without success, Reliable Dryer Vent was able to come the next day, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem, which was a frozen outlet flap. I came on here to find someone to clean my dryer as I had so much lint it was a fire hazzard due to very poor duct work done by the original builder. I saw all the positive reviews so I called Marc immediately. He came to see the job within 48 hrs and cleaned it perfectly.

Job:
- Clean dryer venting system: My dryer vent was visibly overflowing with lint all the way from the exhaust vent to the lint screen.
- Replace 2nd floor external dryer vent cover: Overflowing lint had pushed the cover away from the brick (see picture).
- Replace external kitchen exhaust vent cover: The plastic had become brittle on the original vent and a family of birds destroyed the vent cover and built a nest (see picture)
- Replace external exhaust vent cover from basement bathroom

We used Reliable Dryer Vent to replace the flexible vent hose that was installed in our laundry home 7 years ago. It was far too long with too many turns before reaching the outside, and it was restricting the air flow and trapping lint inside. I didn't even realize how big of a fire hazard this was!
