Marc installed a new dryer vent in our home about a year ago. The work and the price was great. About a month ago, we had someone repair our washer. They moved the dryer to do the washer repair. In moving the dryer, the repair people were careless and broke a vent elbow in our new dryer vent. I emailed Marc about it and he came by and repaired the vent elbow free of charge even though he had nothing to do with the breakage. Great customer service! Super nice guy. Highly recommend him!
