Reliable Dryer Vent

Marc was very responsive and knowledgeable. He arrived precisely on time and worked extremely hard, including removing a ton of old lint that was blocking our vent. When faced with a difficult challenge Marc was able to work extra time to clear it (at a reasonable overtime charge). We would 100% recommend Marc and will call him again to keep the vent from getting into such a state in the future.

EXCELLENT service. I contacted Marc through his website. In less then 30 mins he reached out to me by phone call, and when I couldn't answer, he texted me AND emailed me the answers to my questions. Got him in as soon as possible. He was personable (friendly and funny [a bonus, in my opinion]), and he educated me on some things regarding my dryer vent.

Will absolutely be answering his call a year from now for a routine clean.

Mark responded to my Homestars request within 30 minutes and he was available at my convenience within a day or two. I am so grateful and impressed with the service I received from Marc. Upon getting a new washer and dryer I discovered the dryer vent to be in poor shape. I contacted Marc and he came out for a free estimate which put me at ease. He showed me the issue right away (which was the vent not being to code and a pretty serious possible hazzard) and quoted me a very reasonable amount for his time in correcting it. My new dryer works as it should be and the vent is now as it should be. Very Impressed! I've already recommended him to many people and will continue to maintenance my vent with him. Marc visited Oct 23 and did an excellent job cleaning the dryer vents for two dryers. They are working well again. We would not hesitate to recommend Marc. He was polite and worked diligently.

I recently purchased a house, and bought a new washer/dryer. The dryer didn't work, and I realized it must be a dryer vent issue. I looked on Homestars and Reliable was at the top of the list so I took the recommendation. It was 1am when I emailed Marc, and he called me back first thing the next day, and came that afternoon to diagnose the issue - very impressive!!

Long story short, the previous owner did not take care of the ventilation system at all leading to several issues in different places. Marc returned promptly to do the work (it was a big job!) and I'm very happy with the outcome.
