Brock did a good job with our front door. What a facelift it gave our house & the price was right. They even followed up after to ensure we were happy with the work.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to both Derek and Brian who installed my windows. They arrived promptly within the time frame specified, respectfully removed their shoes each time they came inside, covered the floors and carpet and thoroughly cleaned up both the inside and outside areas of my home when they were finished. They were very efficient and patiently answered any questions I had. Having experienced poor workmanship before, I truly appreciate their commendable work ethic that is unfortunately lacking in so many today. Brock is lucky to have you both! Thank you to Bill Kovacs who did a fabulous job convincing me that I would be extremely happy with my new windows. You were right! I will certainly recommend Brock Doors and Windows to my family and friends.

Brock's service was perfect. The sales guy was informative, direct and pleasant to deal with. The installers measured the 3 windows and about a week later they installed and cleaned up. They also fixed the frame of a problematic window at no extra cost. It's never this easy - but it was.

When deciding to replace our builders grade sliding patio door on our 5 year old home, I did a lot of online research and visited a few window retailers. We chose Brock due to the friendly and knowledgeable service we received from Michael (Mike) at the McCowan Road store in Scarborough. The price was great and they had a lot of models on display. We waited a few weeks for the door to be built and it arrived at Brock on the day they had promised. The 2 workers came on time, got to work immediately, were very friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. I had a few complaints though. The installers did not ask if we were planning to relocate the alarm sensor, since the new door opens on the opposite side. So I now have to remove the lower trim, remove the sensor and fish it up the other side. It seems as though they applied caulking over the builder's caulking, which I'm not too impressed with. Finally, one guy left chewing gum on my interlock patio which I later stepped on. Besides this, we are pleased with the results and think the price, product, customer service, and prompt installation outweigh these negatives. We will definitely use Brock Doors and Windows again.

Bill Kovacs assessed our current windows and provided a comprehensive explanation of how Brock Windows could serve our needs best. Bill's presentation was excellent. The windows were installed on time and exceeded our expectations. We are thrilled with the choice that Bill helped us make.

Some early order discrepancies were quickly and satisfactorily rectified by manager Graeme Knight and installation was well done by contractors Alex and Dorian. Price was very good for two new exterior wall knock-outs and we're more than happy with the results!

We had 3 large windows installed in September 2012. Obtained 3 quotes and selected Brock for best value, showroom located in Brampton and excellent service. Very pleased with the quality of the windows and appear to be very well installed. Excellent warranty. The only reason I am giving a 9 rather than a 10 is because I was not there for the installation and my husband moaned a bit about having to vacuum after installation and they didn't clean the windows. Very minor complaint compared to overall job. I would definitely hire them again and in fact called to see if they installed skylights but unfortunately they don't.

The salesperson who came to give a quote was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales. The installation people were also courteous and professional. We got a great installation with a high quality product. We highly recommend Brock. We will use them again for future projects.

Majority of windows and the patio door have been replaced by Brock over the years by the same installers-Derek and Brian I believe.Their workmanship and professionalism is outstanding.Great product and great service.

after I visited three company's show room and compared their quotations, I choosed Brock Doors and Windows to replace all the windows and one patio door in my house. Brock is not the cheapest one, but the windows in their showroom is the best. The men who installed the windows and patio door for my home is very helpfull and experieced. I am very satisfied with their work until now.
