We are very pleased with the product and the service provided by Brock Windows and Doors, and would definitely return to them them for future projects. Our salesman, Adam, was very knowledgeable, and clearly described our options for retrofitting and/or replacing our 16 year old bedroom window, explaining the
Rose and cons. We chose to replace the window. The installer, Riza, was a very experienced tradesman, and I could tell right away when he came to take measurements that he was a perfectionist who cared about the quality of his work. We had just installed new window shades, and he made sure that the new window would fit the shades. During the installation, he took great care with all stages of the project, and made sure I knew what he was doing and why he was doing it. Because of the concerns with fitting the window shades, Riza had to take more time to make adjustments during the installation than he would have done normally, and ended up working quite late into the evening. However, he never indicated any frustration with the extra work he had to do to get the job done right. He acted. in a highly professional manner at all times, and I enjoyed his sense of humour. When we finally lifted the window shades into place, they fitted perfectly into the window, a testament to the skilled workmanship. The windows work very well, and we are pleased with both the project manager, Bride's communication ahead of time, and the follow up service.

I had 8 windows replaced in my home - and I love them. Philip C. was my sales person, and he made the entire experience simple and seamless. I knew exactly what to expect during every stage of the installation...no surprises. He even stopped by the house a few times during the install to make sure things were going smoothly!

Last comment. So Clean! The installers not only covered all the floors when they came in ... they swept the floors when they left.

I wanted to thank Brock for the quality window and door installations that were recently completed. As winter closed in it was great knowing that we have tight, energy efficient windows and doors. In particular I wanted to commend Edward Miranda and his partner for their excellent service. Their work was done professionally and most courteously.

Highly recommend this company. Sales rep and installers who came to the home were extremely professional and precise. All windows and doors look fantastic.
Customer service is prompt and courteous. Nick was the service guy who came to help out with some minor issues and he dealt with the issues quickly and expertly.

I just wanted to pass on some kind words regarding the quality service that we were provided today by Nick from Brock Doors and Windows. Brock installed all new Windows and doors in our house in the Spring of 2015 and we had an issue recently with our front door (hard to open and close in the cold weather) that Nick came to observe today and he was very helpful in addressing the problem while displaying a very friendly and professional attitude.

The end result is that the problem appears resolved, or at least much better than it was and we are very appreciative of the support we were provided today.

The installers did a fantastic job doing a retrofit install. I wanted to keep my 100 year old window trim (inside) but put in new windows for security and climate control. They really took their time to make sure the windows were installed properly and that my inside trim wasn't damaged. They did a fantastic job adding new trim to the outside too! Everything looks fantastic and you can tell the quality, re: the workmanship and materials, is there... I would highly recommend! Thanks to Sandy Berkley and his team I got exactly what I was looking for.

Brock installed replacement windows in August 2015 and did a great job, and we have enjoyed a draft-free winter with our new triple glazed windows. Recently on a very cold night a pipe froze in the wall above one of the basement windows, which had never happened before. We called Brock to see if they could improve the insulation around the window. Even though it wasn't a problem with the window unit itself, they responded very quickly. Nick the technician arrived, surveyed the situation, and recommended injecting spray foam insulation which meant we didn't have to rip apart the painted trim. He was courteous and completed the job quickly with no mess. Time will tell if the foam is enough, but the price was right: no charge for the repair.

I had a few windows replaced and I was very happy with the quality of the product, Sale associate that visited my home and the Installers. The service was fast Professional and I will definitely recommend them and use them again. 10 Stars all the way!!!!
