There are two elements that are essential for a company to warrant my highest praise. First, obviously, is the level of excellence in their workmanship. Finer Edge did a superior job in painting and wallpapering my apartment. Days later I still can find no flaws. And when there was a tiny problem Luigi was at my place in a matter of hours and settled the issue in seconds with a bit of warm water!
But the other part of employing an excellent team is in its attitude to work and even life! They came on time, were consistently pleasant and friendly, answered my questions with a smile, and all of them worked seamlessly with one another. I am sure that Gord Shibuya deserves much credit for choosing people like Luigi, Amir, Sufi, Ven, Scott, and Derek.
