There are two elements that are essential for a company to warrant my highest praise. First, obviously, is the level of excellence in their workmanship. Finer Edge did a superior job in painting and wallpapering my apartment. Days later I still can find no flaws. And when there was a tiny problem Luigi was at my place in a matter of hours and settled the issue in seconds with a bit of warm water! But the other part of employing an excellent team is in its attitude to work and even life! They came on time, were consistently pleasant and friendly, answered my questions with a smile, and all of them worked seamlessly with one another. I am sure that Gord Shibuya deserves much credit for choosing people like Luigi, Amir, Sufi, Ven, Scott, and Derek.

Michael came within a few hours of a burst sink pipe which flooded my entire basement. He and his men were well into the work when the Toronto Flood hit us badly. In a very complicated scenario, Water Works managed to take control of several different aspects to the water damage including waterproofing am entire side of my home. The work was done in a very clean way and despite the multiple trips they had to make Michael's team were very upbeat and patient.

Charles was the most pleasant and competent young man. He even made his demolition of the basement into an interesting experience! But the proof of his knowledge and expertise lay in the fact that the follow-up lab reports gave us a clean bill of health!

Just to meet Frank is to feel confident. It is clear that he has a good scientific understanding of what was at play. He calmed my fears, and proceeded to do a very professional job of sourcing the toxic mold. I wish he had been clearer that there was an additional fee for the followup test but I still highly recommend Frank.

The worth of a company is how they handle unforseen problems. And Craig and Waterworks outdid themselves. Some of the issues were my misunderstaning as to what to order and some had to do with Home Depot which sold me an incomplete showerhead set To Jennifer, Michael, Terry, and especially Craig: One big thank you! Mike, the nicest young man, arived early, fixed the problem, helped me with s "cosmetic" issue and was out of here within a half hour. Also realized that the problem with my opener was only a battery issue, thereby saving me the cost of a new opener. I now believe all the rave reviews of previous customers of Val, a gifted plumber. It would be hard to find anything to fault him with and it was a total pleasure having him complete his job quickly and considerately.
