Leather Sofa and End Table Purchase

We had been looking for a new sofa for our living room for quite some time when we stumbles upon an ad from Ashley Furniture.
My husband wanted leather and I wanted traditional formal. We finally found just what we wanted at Ashley Furniture.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable - but never pushy.
Our furniture arrived in a timely manner.
There was one small (very small) mark on the sofa. They were willing to get a replacement or take a percentage off the purchase price.
We chose the discount and were very satisfied with our purchase.

$1,600.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
Send out mailers to customers that have made purchased from their store with "customer only" discounts that are better than offered to the public.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
