The Junk Army was on time and very professional. Sean was on site the entire time and made sure everything went smooth. His troops were polite and definitely knew what they were doing. The Junk Army Will be the only junk removal company I use for now on.

This is an amazing service and I can't recommend it enough.

They scheduled a pick up appointment in less than 2 minutes, and offered me options for both same day and next day pick-up. It was only a 2 hour pick-up window. They were here within the first hour of the window I chose.

The two guys who came to pick up the items helped me disconnect the old refrigerator and hauled about 20 boxes from my basement. They were very careful to not damage anything in my house while moving the items out. And, most importantly, they were quick. The whole process took less than 20 minutes.

The service was the most affordable service I found on the web and they answered the phone.

Again, I can't recommend them highly enough. Services like this are hard to come by, particularly of this quality.
