This is an amazing service and I can't recommend it enough.
I had some items that no one else would take, like a old refrigerator and some old packing crates.
I found The Junk Army on the web. From the moment I called them, it was an easy experience. They scheduled a pick up appointment in less than 2 minutes, and offered me options for both same day and next day pick-up. It was only a 2 hour pick-up window. They were here within the first hour of the window I chose.
The two guys who came to pick up the items helped me disconnect the old refrigerator and hauled about 20 boxes from my basement. They were very careful to not damage anything in my house while moving the items out. And, most importantly, they were quick. The whole process took less than 20 minutes.
The service was the most affordable service I found on the web and they answered the phone.
Again, I can't recommend them highly enough. Services like this are hard to come by, particularly of this quality.
