We had a furnace installed by Airmakers along with a smart thermostat connected by Wifi. When Ww switched Internet providers and misplaced the original router, they offered to replace it free of charge even though the furnace was no longer under warranty. Very much appreciated.

Please note that when you contacted our office after you had changed your internet provider, because the labour coverage as per our contract had expired, we had forwarded your request to Goodman to contact you. We are not sure why a call was not made out to you. In your follow-up attempt, we scheduled a visit today and since the labour coverage is expired, this would have been a chargeable visit. In good faith and to make sure you are happy, we will provide this free of charge to you and will cover the visit costs. Will further have the technician go over your other comments, as well.
