Mattress set is great quality (10/10). I did have some mixups with the wrong box spring showing up but at the end of the day the team at SleepDreamzzz was able to resolve the situation to my satisfaction.

I was worried that my toilet was not functioning properly. Sam from Flowtek came by and had a look. He found that the unit was overall in good condition and just made need some simple adjustments which he did rather than charging me for the full replacement of the flapper unit. I appreciated Sam's honesty and how quickly he was able to assess and deal with the situation.

Joey from Dream Design Creations installed engineered hardwood flooring in my condo. The work is very meticulous and was done in a very timely manner to boot. Joey also had some time to help with some handy man work. What I really appreciated on this was that he did what he could to help keep my costs down as he knew I was preparing to list my home. So where he could repair something rather than just replace it he did and as a result there are a few items that I thought I needed before working with him that I'll now be able to return. I really feel that he was looking out for my best interests rather than just trying to make a quick dollar. I was extremely impressed with how quickly and efficiently he worked. The amount that he was able to do in an hour would have taken me at least a full day and my results would not have been any near to the level of quality that his work was. I will definitely give Joey a call when I'm ready to do some renovations to my new home and have already recommended him to others.

I was a definite newbie to the world of home renovation and after watching one too many episodes of those horror reno shows (you know which ones) I was more than a little nervous about trying to find a contractor on my own. Fortunately after seeing all of the positive feedback on HomeStars I picked 310-Reno plus two other firms for quotes. From the very beginning 310-Reno stood out from the rest. Mike was extremely easy to talk to during the quote process and always prompt in returning my calls as we worked out the details of the estimate. Mike's level of customer service on a simple quote was so far above the other contractors I contacted that it made my ultimate decision of which firm to use extremely easy. Sean & Graeme did a great job with my little place. They were very careful to lay down drop cloths over my carpets and to keep the renovation work as unobtrusive as possible. They were both very polite and made me extremely comfortable with their working on my home. The quality of the work was of course first rate and done in a very reasonable time frame. Before the job was even done I was recommending 310-Reno to friends and neighbours. I am very happy to have found a contractor I can trust and now I know who to call for future projects.

I purchased a set for the Master Bedroom this past spring and Royal Furniture was amazing. They do not have a splashy showroom. Instead they encourage you to look around until you see a set you like and then come back to them to place your order. The person I dealt with was very personable and gave me all the time in the world to reach my final decision. I finally fell in love with a set made by Villageois and the price Royal sold it to me for was several hundred less than even another discount furntiure retailer. If I'd gone to a higher end retailer I'm sure the difference would have been 4 digits.
