My husband and I were shopping around for a shower for our bathroom renovations. I was impressed with their showroom displays and got some great ideas. The staff were understandably busy and while a couple did not appear to want to serve me, there was a young lady who still took the time from her hectic schedule to acknowledge me. Now that's great customer service.
Did a ton of renovations at home, especially in the bathroom and found their selection and pricing of products very reasonable. The staff are very willing to assist you. I accidentally left my credit card behind and they called me soon after to go back and get it. I recommend them to anyone!
The location of Robinson Lighting is not the greatest, nor did I find the staff very approachable. Some of them did not appear to want to serve any customers. However, I needed to purchase a product for a bathroom renovation and it was the only location that had that particular item. I found the Coquitlam location more customer friendly.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff from this store. I had a sink that I purchased from them and when i reported an issue with it, they did everything in their power to replace it for me at no extra cost. The experience was pleasant and hassle free. I recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with people who KNOW what customer service is!
