I had been seeing doctors and dermatologists for months because of the itchy welts I was getting on a semi-regular basis. (They couldn't confirm if they were bug bites). I didn't think we had bed bugs, because my husband was not getting any visible bites, and we had researched them online and torn apart our bedroom/bed and couldn't find any evidence ourselves. At a loss for anything else to try, and worrying we might still have them, I emailed Muhammad, and he responded within 10 minutes. He came the very next morning for an inspection, and found a lone bug within 2 minutes of inspecting our box spring. I was horrified, but his professional, patient manner was very soothing. He gave me thorough instructions on how to prepare our condo for treatment, and returned the next day. He worked tirelessly without a break, meticulously examining and treating the entire bedroom. Our infestation was contained to the box spring (he did find a nest) and since he was here we have been bed bug free! What I really appreciate about Muhammad is that he comes at the problem with a lot of scientific knowledge, he is an incredibly hard worker, he made sure all my questions were answered. I also appreciated that he didn't automatically suggest treating the whole condo; after a thorough inspection he felt confident that it wasn't necessary to treat any other rooms, so didn't make me spend extra money. He is conscientious about following up and guarantees his work. He is the only company I contacted but I chose him based on all the glowing homestars reviews and honestly, he is everything that the reviews promised he would be. I'm finally sleeping well again!

After reading all the great Homestars reviews (and seeing how Paul personally responded to each review), I gave this company a try, and my experience was awesome. Paul was quick to return my call and very easy to talk to on the phone, asking me thoughtful questions and even probing to make sure I needed their services (rather than trying to hard-sell me), which put me at ease and convinced me to hire them. I'm so glad I did. Paul and Steve were efficient, easygoing, and interested in doing a thorough job. Little did I know that my condo would end up being more work for them than any of us had expected... (in hindsight, thank goodness they quoted me a flat rate!) but despite the extra work they did an excellent job... I was also impressed that they took efforts to leave things cleaner than they were when they got there (even vaccuuming things that they hadn't made dirty, woohoo!!), and most importantly, taking the time to point out, explain and correct shoddy workmanship left by previous contractors. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends/family. Thank you to all the great Homestars reviewers for helping me find someone trustworthy!
