i bought a couch set there and the framework broke. We went into the Brick and asked them to fix it, but they didnt. We had warrantee on the couch, so we fully expected them to replace or fix the problem. We also tried talking to the manager. He said that because the couch is discontinued, he wasn't able to do anything about it. And now we are stuck with the broken couch. We are very disappointed and would not shop there again.

The carpet cleaner was friendly. He came on time. He did a great job with the cleaning without having to use extra cleaner. He was able to remove all of the stains. I am very satisfied with the results. They were also the best deal in town. The only small issue was that they didnt clarified at first that there would be a small environmental waste fee that wasnt included with the total price. I would highly recommend them.
