Horrible customer service and poor design advice. The actual construction is nice, the installation was very well done. However, the design did not properly consider the room, the layout and the light It is far too overbearing. I've repeatedly tried to get my concerns rectified to deaf ears. I'm going with a competitor for future work already in planning stages.

We can only say this customer is being completely unreasonable and is misrepresenting the situation. She is unhappy with decisions she made and is looking to place blame on the shoulders of someone other than herself. We wish to point out that the client indicates good quality and construction. Her complaint is design advice. We are at a loss to understand this. The salesperson spent hours with the client and provided a detailed drawing, which she approved. The client and her husband spent 1 1/2 hours in the showroom deciding on colour and reviewing the details. In the end she is disappointed with decisions that SHE ultimately made and would like to shift the blame. Furthermore she postponed the installation the evening before it was due to start - we cheerfully accommodated her, and did not make any additional charges even though this left two people without work due to the short notice. We rearranged our calendar at the busiest time of the year to fit the job in. Our emails to her regarding follow up were often not replied to. Even after this negative review, we endeavoured to resolve the situation and she has not replied. To say, therefore, that complaints, however unfair, fell on deaf ears is disingenuous and simply not true. Frankly, we would warn any potential trades to be wary of this customer.
