Jay did a fantastic job on my carpets and upholstery. He was fast but thorough. The price was reasonable and he even did extra work for the same price. Very pleasant and polite.

I had a small job but Encore Home Improvements did the work for me. The service was great, they were honest and reliable and they were willing to try something different. The quality of the work they did was excellent and the price was reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
