We posted a request for ceiling and sidewall drywall repair in our basement due to ceiling leak. Sebastian responded to the request promptly, he communicated very professionally and we agreed a fair price up front, he arrived when agreed, was very friendly and transparent, job took three visits as planned, quality of fix is excellent and he cleaned up after and stuck to the original price. Overall a great experience- would definitely recommend.

We bought an 80 year old house and contacted the KNT team to evaluate updates required to our knob and tube wiring to meet our insurance requirements and create a safer environment (this entailed replacing all of the outlets with GFCI receptacles and a couple of closet lights). KNT was very responsive and were able to send someone to the site within a few days, provide a quote promptly after and complete the work and ESA inspection within ten days of go ahead and two and a half weeks of our first email. Very transparent quotation process and we found the rates highly competitive. Team is efficient, respectful and tidy. We had a great overall experience with KNT. Would recommend to others.

We had a crew from KNT remove knob & tube wiring from a 1920s house that we purchased in July 2011. KNT also installed 6 pot lights in our living room ceiling and added a small panel to supplement our main electrical panel (which was full). We were very satisfied with the level of service and work performed. Some highlights: Bill Tang from KNT made himself available at anytime to come by and provide a quote or to discuss the job. Bill is very friendly and great to deal with. The crew worked quickly to complete the work over 4 days (on time - as quoted). Everyone on Bill's crew was very friendly and were reasonably tidy (we lived in the house during the job) The crew also completed all of the patchwork within the 4 day period to a good standard for a reasonable cost. Overall the cost of the job was very competitive with the other research we had done on knob & tube removal. Bill was great about following up to see if there's anything we'd like him to fix in the work that his crew completed. We haven't found anything yet -- overall very satisfied and would recommend!
