Asked for a fence quotation by calling their office and was told to call back on specific days to discuss presumably due to high summer volumes. Onsite measurement session subsequently arranged and was told job would be completed within 30 days. No update after 30 days and after a couple of pushes, crew came over 2 days to complete the job which was well done, but from time of measurement to job completion took 45 days. I asked for them to return to pick up the disassembled old gate, was told they would retrieve it in a few days but now after 3 weeks and a couple of email followup the gate is still in my backyard. So overall good job by the crew putting in the fences but communications and followup have room for improvement.

We have been behind schedule by 2-3 weeks and in your case have completed the project around 2 weeks past the estimated date on contract and we regret the delay. Of course, we do not process any payments until work is complete which is our commitment to our customers to ensure they feel safe and fairly treated and know we have every incentive to complete the project as we do not take any deposit or money up front prior to completing work!
There must have been a breakdown in communication regarding the gate removal but we will remedy this and will have your Representative deal with this as soon as possible.
