Bramstayer in Ottawa

Heres the before and after. ( PHOTOS) The windows were installed 7 or 8 yrs ago and they put in this white metal cabinet. They returned our calls to at least paint it sable lime ordered!! Doh!!!! Angry was ME! Several outrageous years later I began to complain endlessly. We were gonna save for next year.. So finally we called Erik at BEST CAN..and at first the siding seemed like a small job so I sent the BEFORE PICTURES . Within a week or so I got a call they hsd someone to do for the estimate price. It was quick and very polite friendly work! The pictures where theres lovely beige siding ( our windows were supposed to be SABLE BUT.....LOL) I was soooooo angry for years. Now im fine. Its sucks being ripped off for bathrooms stoves windows and furnaces not to mention the plumber who broke my OTHER TOILET LOL) I DIGRESS but at least this time we got what we wanted and paid for. Thanks to all.

I trusted this company to improve the section between my White windows despite signing 4 papers saying Sable. I tried to get them to at least paint the white but they ignored me. Im still devastated by the look of the work done. This is so beyond bad work. See my sable coloured windows for yourself. ( I was in the hospital around the time AFTER this harrowing install. ) I knew they couldn't replace the windows but they should have fixed the colour. And now its rusting and opening up to rain. The removed alot of insulation too so the kitchen is literally freezing. I really tried to get them to fix it. I have my receipt. I can post if necessary. The installer was so embarrassed when i gave them $500.00 for 'fixing the middle" as i had been there to see the colour. I assumed more work was coming. He said they will fix this. They wouldnt take my call.
