Javaid from PestEnd was excellent. He arrived on-time (August 8th, Toronto East), he is polite and professional. He assessed the situation, suited up and carefully removed a large hornets' nest from the eaves to the garage. He applied a treatment to keep them away and explained the warranty should the hornets attempt to rebuild the nest at the same spot. I would definitely recommend Javaid and Pestend to family and friends.

I am very pleased with the professionalism and courteousness of the team (Shakeel and another gentleman) that came to my home, at exactly when they said they would, to address a raccoon issue. They were thorough in checking for additional points of entry and when they isolated the spot, worked efficiently to install a one-way door, just in case more than one critter was involved. Seems my unwanted guests were out at the time because I haven't heard anything more since Shakeel installed the device. After a week the same team will replace the door and secure the opening permanently. I definitely will recommend this team and company to any family or friends that experience pest issues. Andrew

Had a burst basement pipe and had to shut off water to house. Alex was fantastic. He gave me an estimated arrival time over the phone and got here 10 minutes ahead of that on a day where there were burst pipes all across the city during the big deep freeze (and all other plumbers that I had called were unable to do the job that day). He located the source of the damage within seconds, described what he would do, did the repair, tested it and confirmed that it was good - in and out under 30 minutes. He is highly skilled and knows what he is doing. I will definitely recommend him to family, friends and coworkers.
