I emailed Tony to get an idea of repair cost for a window, which is a fairly minor job. Tony was responsive, knowledgeable and above all - HELPFUL. He went out of his way to save me money, even when it meant his company didn't get the job, he merely gave me great advice in how to fix. Just overall awesomeness. Would absolutely have them back as soon as I need any work done.

I explained I was selling my condo and needed a full top-to-bottom so we booked 4 hours to do a < 650 sqft condo. The girl was 15 mins late, no apology or explanation. I was happy to let it slide and assumed she'd stay to make it up as it's pay-by-the-hour. But she tried to leave 15 mins early, so 30 mins of unpaid work? Many things including bathroom floor (!!), windows and baseboards not done despite trying to leave early. They were not corrected and so I had to clean myself. Attached photos are AFTER she left! When I called to bring it up, Anna was on vacation so I was told to wait. In the interim I posted this review. When I called back after vacation she yelled at me for the review and called back until I had to block the number! She put a massive gauge in the wall (through the paint and into the drywall), not even sure how? And when I asked her about it she said it was not her. Um, I'd just had a contractor in to do all those little repairs, this was in a very conspicuous area and there's no way it had been there before. Quite disappointed.
