From the monent my furnace broke down on Sunday night. I called and left a message with a lovely lady at 1.am. Received a call at 8am the following morning. Grant called me back and I explain the issue. A representative Mike came to my house at within hours and no lengthy sales pitch but simple explanation about the furnace that is suitable for my home. Within 15 minutes paper work was completed and call was made to Grant at the office to sent the service crew out the next morning at 9am. Adam the service tech and his crew was so efficient in installing and following code and rules and making sure the installation was up to the highest standard that is expected by the industry. Crew was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They were all so very neat and tidy, in which they left my home spotless. I would definitely recommend Convertible heating and Air conditioning service. I am currently looking for an air conditioning unit for the summer and no doubt in my mind I would call them. Fast, efficient reliable and affordable. Thank you all at Convertible for bailing me out on a cold wintery December night.
